Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as final sale.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
